By downloading, installing, or using Mimic ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the Software.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Mimic or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or system failure) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own data and device.
• You agree not to use Mimic for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You agree not to distribute modified versions of the Software that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

The Mimic name, logo, and brand are the intellectual property of the Mimic project. The source code is available under its respective open-source license.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Software. The limitations of liability and warranty disclaimers survive termination.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
